1. Is the integration certified for Sage Intacct?

2. Is the integration bi-directional?

Yes. InterWeave supports uni-directional and bi-directional integration between Creatio and Sage Intacct. You can choose the direction for each object during configuration.

 
3. What objects are commonly integrated?

Key objects include:

  • Accounts ↔ Customers / Vendors
  • Opportunities ↔ Invoices / Sales Orders

4. How is the integration configured?

Using the InterWeave Solutions Portal, you can:

  • Select and map data objects
  • Customize field-level mappings
  • Set sync directions
  • Define filters and transformation rules
  • Manage flow schedules (manual or automated)
5. How is connectivity established?

Connectivity is established via Sage Intacct’s Web Services API. You provide:

  • Company ID
  • User ID with Web Services role
  • Password
  • API Session Credentials
    These are entered securely in the InterWeave Portal.
 
6. Can I sync custom fields and dimensions?

Yes. InterWeave supports:

  • User-defined fields in Creatio and Sage Intacct
  • Custom Dimensions like Departments, Locations, Projects
  • Dynamic field mapping with field-level validation
7. What are Scheduled Flows vs. Utility Flows?
  • Scheduled Flows: Automatically sync data on a timer (e.g., every 15 minutes, hourly)
  • Utility Flows: One-time or manual flows used for:
    • Backfilling historical data
    • Fixing failed transactions
    • Validating configuration and mappings
8. How do I test the integration before going live?

Use utility flows (NF/NFS) for test records. These are safe to run and ideal for:

  • Confirming object mappings
  • Verifying data transformation
  • Testing Sage Intacct API authentication
9. Does it support multi-entity, multi-currency, or multi-book?

Yes. InterWeave supports:

  • Multi-entity configurations (with separate IDs for each)
  • Multi-currency environments
  • Mapping across books, departments, and locations
10. Is the integration secure?

Yes. InterWeave uses:

  • Encrypted HTTPS communication
  • Role-based access
  • Secure storage of credentials
  • User audit tracking and flow history
11. How are errors managed and resolved?
  • Each flow has detailed logs viewable in the Portal
  • Failed records can be:
    • Corrected and reprocessed
    • Manually retried
  • Notifications can be configured for failed runs
12. Can I make changes after go-live?

Yes. You can update:

  • Field mappings
  • Flow schedules
  • Filters and transformation logic
    Changes can be saved and versioned for rollback or audit purposes.
 
13. What is the deployment model?

The integration is cloud-based, running through InterWeave’s multi-tenant or private instance platform, with no software installed on your servers.
