The Training Pre-requisites course is the mandatory starting point for all InterWeave Academy learners. It establishes the technical and conceptual foundation you need before progressing to any other course in the curriculum.

You'll set up your learning environment, understand the InterWeave platform architecture at a high level, and gain the context needed to make sense of everything that follows. Attempting later courses without completing this one will result in significant gaps in understanding.

InterWeave Fundamentals covers the core platform capabilities that every administrator, developer, and business analyst needs to understand — regardless of which CRM or ERP combination they're deploying.

By the end of this course you'll be able to navigate the SmartIntegration Platform confidently, set up basic synchronisation between CRM and financial systems, and understand how SmartFlows govern data movement between connected applications.

Advanced Fundamentals takes everything from Course 02 and goes deeper — covering the configuration techniques required for real-world, production-grade integration deployments across Salesforce, Creatio, QuickBooks, Sage, and MS Dynamics.

This is where you move from understanding the platform to being able to configure it independently for customers — handling exceptions, building scheduled flows, and managing multi-object synchronisation scenarios that reflect actual business complexity.

The Advanced IDE Solution Building course is for developers and senior administrators who need to build complete integration solutions from scratch — using the InterWeave Integration Development Environment to design, test, and deploy custom solutions.

This is the most technically demanding course in the core curriculum. It covers advanced solution architecture, custom connector development, complex business logic implementation, and the full deployment lifecycle from initial design through to production go-live.

Designed specifically for Business Analysts working on InterWeave deployments — this course focuses on the analytical and documentation skills that BAs contribute to integration projects, rather than the technical configuration covered in Courses 03–04.

You'll learn how to gather integration requirements, design the data entity and object hierarchy structures, create Business Process and Workflow Diagrams, communicate with technical stakeholders, and document the ROI case for an InterWeave deployment.

The InterWeave Certification Program is the capstone credential of the Academy curriculum. It validates comprehensive knowledge of the SmartIntegration Platform across configuration, administration, integration architecture, and best-practice deployment.

Upon completion, you'll receive an industry-recognised certification and a digital badge you can add to your LinkedIn profile — demonstrating verified expertise in CRM integration using the InterWeave SmartIntegration Platform to employers and clients.

Designed for Salesforce Administrators who are deploying or managing the InterWeave SmartApps within a Salesforce org — this specialist track covers everything you need to configure and administer InterWeave from within Salesforce itself.

You'll learn how to work with the InterWeave SmartApps installed in your Salesforce org, manage CRM–ERP–Payment workflow configuration from the Salesforce interface, troubleshoot common issues, and support end users who are working with integrated financial data inside Salesforce.

The Creatio SmartApps for Administrators course is the Creatio-native equivalent of Course 07 — designed for Creatio Administrators who are deploying or managing InterWeave SmartApps within a Creatio environment.

You'll learn to configure and administer InterWeave from within Creatio — managing SmartFlow synchronisation, handling integration configuration through the Creatio interface, troubleshooting issues specific to the Creatio–ERP–Payments integration layer, and supporting your Creatio user base as they work with integrated financial data.
