Working with the InterWeave Freshdesks Ticketing System
To create a Ticket up on InterWeave’s Freshdesk Ticketing system, please follow below.
You first go to this URL – Support : Integration Technologies, Inc. (freshdesk.com)
At the top of this page, click on “New Support Ticket,” as you have not registered yet in our Freshdesk.
You enter here your email address, name, title, and description of what you would like performed.
You will then receive an email from InterWeave notifying you that an account has been created for you, so click on the link to activate your account and select a password.
When you click on this URL, you will see this page.
Add your Name and Password and you are all set.
You are now registered and can monitor the progress of your ticket.
