The best time to make the switch is after business hours or on weekend so it will not interrupt your business. To switch to the QB Online you will need the following:
- To switch to the QB Online the following information must be provided:
- Confirmation that QB Online file(s) is ready and in working order on the Intuit server
- Admin credentials QBO file(s) – existing admin username (email) and password plus file name will be enough (or you can create special admin user for integration using an email address.
- A phone number for you to get confirmation number from Intuit during connection to the file(s) (only in case if you will use existing QBO admin user)
- You will receive a Work Order for the QODBC driver for the QBO connection and Consulting Charge for your approval.
