Requirements for the Customer

  1. Integration administrator must be present.
  2. SF administrator must be present
  3. Accounting representative must be present.
  4. It is preferable that one person has the sufficient access to SF and QB and can share screen with both system available. Optionally the screen sharing can be switched back and forth between two people.

Note! One person can combine  any of two or even three responsibilities from the items 1 – 3 above.
