Binding issues with your Salesforce Objects
Regarding that SO – I see that either Customer is not in QB or nor bound. I do not believe that Customer is not in QB – it is rather something is wrong with the binding. Please check the following:
There is just one Account with such name in SF.
- That Account has QB Full Name field populated with Customer Name from QB.
- QB Customer has Custom Field AccountID populated.
- Value of AccountID field matches Salesforce Account Id.
Please let me know if all these conditions are true.
