Checking on Required Fields in your Authorize.net

If you’re experiencing issues with real-time payments or credit transactions in Authorize.net, the first troubleshooting step is to review the required fields in your account settings. To do this, navigate to Account > Settings > Transaction Format Settings > Payment Form > Form Fields. You’ll see three columns: EditVisible, and Required. Ensure that the fields marked as “Required” are also present in the Transaction Object within your CRM system. This alignment is crucial for successful transaction processing.
